Skills:

Qualification: Graduate or Post graduate of any discipline, MBA preferred.

Designation: Manager Accreditation

Location: Mumbai

Responsibilities:

a.. Design and develop accreditation mechanism with guidance from CRISIL
b.. Continuous interaction with the regional coordinators to guide them through the process of accreditation and monitor their performance
c.. Lead assignments and ensure adherence to time and quality of service
d.. Interact with the Central Accreditation Committee on a regular basis
e.. Identify team of assessors
f.. In charge of assessor’s training based on Credibility Alliance Norms
g.. Responsible for editing and restructuring assessment report
Skills:

a.. Excellent command over written and spoken English
b.. Strong analytical and reasoning skills
c.. Ability to think through, plan and implement systematically
Qualification: MBA/ CA with minimum 3 to 4 years of experience.

Salary: Commensurate with experience and qualification. [Between Rs30-40,000p. m.]

Designation: Sr. Executive Accreditation

Location: Mumbai

Responsibilities:

a.. To assist Manager Accreditation in coordinating activities related to accreditation
b.. Develop and maintain data related to accreditation
c.. Assist Manager Accreditation to edit and restructure assessment reports
d.. Coordinate training activities for assessors

Skills: Excellent command over written and spoken English

Knowledge of word, excel and power point

Qualification: Graduate or post graduate with 2 years of experience.

Salary: Commensurate with experience and qualification. Between 18 to 20 K

Skills:

a.. Should have reasonable level of understanding of non-profit sector

Qualification: Graduate or post graduate in any discipline with three to four years of experience.

Salary: Commensurate with experience and qualification. Between 20 K to 30 K

e.. Responsible for educating members regarding Credibility Alliance norms through website and newsletter
f.. Responsible for bringing our publications related to norms and accreditation
g.. Responsible for promotion of Norms and Accreditation through various communication channels

Skills: Excellent command over English is must. Good interpersonal skills

Qualification: Post Graduate diploma in communication, at least 1 year’s post qualification work experience.

Salary: Commensurate with experience and qualification. Between 25 to 40K
