Hunt Partners and Third Sector Partners, with its vast experience in the field of talent search has recognized that the management workforce in India is limited and that there is an enormous need for people in the management cadre. Katalyst proposes to help girl children in underprivileged communities aspire and reach a position of management leadership in the corporate world.
Katalyst works by encouraging and assisting intellectually bright girl students to pursue a professional education. Courses include Engineering, Medicine, Commerce and Law leading to a degree that will enhance their ability to secure high remunerative employment. The Program seeks to provide support in the form of material, intellectual and personal counseling so that deserving girls can become agents of wider change throughout the social fabric of the country. The program will thus create a large pool of empowered women Katalysts, who will be in a position to influence society and catalyze positive change.
We are looking for dynamic individuals with the following qualities:
- 1. 5 plus years of experience in programme management in a not-for-profit organisation
- 2. Specific focus on education and children would be desirable.
- 3. Skills in strategic planning and project management.
- 4. Innovative & creative bent of mind.
- 5. Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- 6. Resourceful individual with an ability to bring in partnerships from other sponsors and cultivate mentors.
- 7. Should be very hands on in approach to the design and delivery of project objectives.
